Jarrod has served in executive leadership roles ranging from departmental director to city manager. He began his government career in public works and continued to expand his skills. He leads teams, looks for innovative ways to deliver services, has an aptitude for financial analysis, and enjoys creating communities. 

Amanda has years of experience as not only a town manager, but also a superintendent of a nationally ranked charter school. This brings a unique perspective of public service to our team.  Her time in these dual roles has created a wealth of knowledge in city and school board governance, strategic planning, and team development.

Troy brings both private and public service experience  to the organization. He has led teams in multiple areas of both municipal and academic services, focusing on operational excellence. He has served in executive leadership as a departmental director for a variety of service areas and as an Assistant Town Manager.
